Whether you are a first-timer or looking to sharpen your technique, two excellent ski schools are just steps away, offering lessons for adults and children (from age 4). And for a dose of inspiration, the thrilling FIS Snowboard World Cup takes place every year on the Pra di Tori slope, right behind the house!
Winter with the family: lanterns, sledges and smiles
Not just skiing: Val di Fassa is a natural playground of fresh snow where you can create unforgettable memories with your children.

Sledging and snow: the fun is right behind the house
Just walk round the building: the sledge run next to the Hubertus slope (1 km long, winding through the forest) starts right behind the apartment. Little ones will squeal with delight at Kinderland Re Laurino or Naniland, two purpose-built snow play areas just moments away.

On the snow without skiing: cross-country and explorers
There is a whole world to discover at a gentle pace. Enjoy the groomed snowshoe paths (like the flat Tre Baite trail) or clip into cross-country skis and glide along the free trails that leave from Costalunga Pass, at the foot of the Catinaccio (Rosengarten).

Carezza Snow Night: the ice spectacle
Just 200 metres from the house, the Pra di Tori slope lights up for a magical evening show. Enjoy torchlit descents, freestyle exhibitions, the dance of the snow cats and the appearance of King Laurin. An event that leaves children wide-eyed with wonder.

The magic of Christmas: markets and traditions
On Advent weekends and during the holidays, just 20 minutes by car, Pietralba Sanctuary dresses up in magic with its historic Christmas market. Local crafts and the scent of mulled wine await in a timeless atmosphere, far from the tourist crowds. Throughout Val di Fassa, from Moena to Canazei via San Giovanni di Fassa, the entire Christmas season is filled with magical Christmas markets.
Winter hikes: the slow (and romantic) rhythm of the snow
For those who seek the muffled silence of snow-laden forests, the gleam of ice and the warmth of thermal waters.

Lake Carezza: a jewel of ice
The famous lake loses none of its charm in winter -- quite the opposite. A 20-minute walk along the groomed path (no need to move the car) brings you to the Latemar reflected on the frozen surface. Do not miss the enchanting evening lantern walks.
Snowshoeing in Dolomite silence
Strap on your snowshoes (available for hire downstairs) and plunge into the pristine forest. The Tre Baite trail or the Pearl Trail reward you with unforgettable vistas. And if you crave a touch of magic, join the local guides for a night-time snowshoe trek with dinner in a mountain hut.

The Enrosadira and the starry sky
The cold makes the air crystal-clear: at sunset, your private terrace has a front-row seat for the winter Enrosadira, painting the Catinaccio (Rosengarten) in vivid pinks and purples. After dinner, use the apartment's telescope to lose yourself among the stars in a sky free from light pollution.

Spas after skiing: the warmth you have earned
Morning on the slopes, afternoon in warm water. Just 10-15 minutes by car you will find QC Terme Dolomiti (with its 4,000 m2 of panoramic pools) and Terme Dolomia. Show our partnership card and enjoy a 10% discount on entry.

Apres-ski and local flavours just steps away
Kick off your ski boots and walk a few metres: the Antermont is the perfect spot for your apres-ski. A terrace aperitivo with Latemar views, or a dinner of steaming Schlutzkrapfen and handmade strudel, to close the day with the authentic taste of South Tyrol.
