Stay more than one month away
- 1.30% deposit upon booking, by responding to the offer received and attaching the ID of the person booking
- 2.Second deposit of 30% within 30 days of arrival
- 3.Balance of 40% upon arrival, at key handover
Stay within one month
- 1.40% deposit upon booking, by responding to the offer received and attaching the ID of the person booking
- 2.Balance of 60% upon arrival, at key handover
In both cases, a security deposit of €100.00 is required to cover damages, accidents or loss of keys. Refunded by bank transfer within 48 hours of departure.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: voucher for the value of the first deposit, valid for one year with no date restrictions
After 60 days, the booking is non-refundable and the balance is due even in case of no-show

- Check-out by 10:00 AM
- Late check-out until 1:00 PM available upon request
